Stuffidy is a hyper-local marketplace where people can rent what they need, earn from what they own, and buy or sell useful items with people nearby.

Stuffidy connects nearby renters, owners, buyers, and sellers through a local marketplace. Members browse useful items, send or review requests, coordinate approved rentals, and use pickup and return confirmations to keep the transaction organized.

Examples include tools, outdoor gear, party equipment, electronics, sports gear, and household items. Actual inventory depends on the members and items available in a launched community.

Yes. Owners can list useful items they are not using, set a rental rate within Stuffidy’s supported pricing rules, and earn when neighbors complete rentals. Income is not guaranteed.

On Stuffidy, the owner reviews each rental request and can approve or decline it. Chat becomes available after approval so the renter and owner can coordinate pickup.

Stuffidy uses 4-digit pickup and return confirmation codes to help document when a rental item is collected and returned. The renter provides the code and the owner enters it to confirm the handoff.

Stuffidy handles payments through in-app payments so payment activity stays inside the marketplace.

If an owner reports damage after a rental return, Stuffidy allows the owner to submit photos and a note for review. The case can then be reviewed through Stuffidy’s moderation process before any reimbursement decision is made.

Stuffidy ratings and reviews let members share feedback about completed transactions and help build reputation over time.
